MCC 4-Round Online Counselling Structure
Pure algorithm-based counselling - NEET rank + choice order + seat availability
Round 1
- Registration + fee payment
- Choice filling and choice locking
- Seat allotment
- Reporting to the college
- Free exit is allowed (you can leave without losing security deposit)
Round 2
- No free exit now
- If allotted and do not join or resign later, security deposit is forfeited
- For Deemed universities, security deposit can be ₹2 lakh
Round 3 (Mop-up)
- Often called the Mop-up round
- Fresh registration allowed for candidates who didn't join earlier
- New choice filling based on leftover seats
Round 4 (Mop-up)
- Last round with system-generated allotments
- Candidates cannot change choices
- Only for remaining vacant seats
Important: There is no interview and no "influence" in MCC counselling. It is a pure algorithm based on NEET rank + your choice order + seat availability.

Limited access for outsiders:
